From the 1st August 2021, you will need to raise support requests using the onCourse support portal. You may still email our support inbox up until this date, although we encourage you to start making use of the portal now if you aren’t already.
If you don’t have an account there already, you can easily create one:
- go to https://squish.ish.com.au
- click ‘Sign up for an account’
- Complete the sign up process using your email address. It works better if you use your own email address rather than something generic like info@.
When logged into the squish dashboard you’ll be able to create your own requests as well as review other requests from your organisation by clicking the ‘Requests’ button in the top-right corner.
Make sure to bookmark squish.ish.com.au in your browser, or access it via the onCourse dashboard by searching for ‘Send support request’.
If your support plan allows for phone support you’re still welcome to pick up the phone and call us, but if your request is quite technical or you’re reporting an issue, we always recommend you send through a task with the important details first, and give us a contact phone for us to call you and follow up.
