Ish Update - 2022 Review and Xmas Shutdown details

We’ve almost made it! It’s been a long 2022 here at ish HQ and it’s fair to say that the events of the past 8 months have certainly echoed for longer than we had hoped they would. First things first, well done to you all on making it through what has been a difficult year. Not just us here at ish, but for the sector in general as we continue to recover from the effects of the global pandemic among other things.

From an onCourse perspective, one of our goals during this challenging period has been to make sure that any impact you saw and felt from those events were as minimal as possible. Given the challenges that we’ve faced along the way, I feel like we’ve largely achieved that goal. I’m very proud of how our team here at ish have been able to adapt to the various changes we’ve had to endure, as well as our ability to act quickly and decisively during a time of deep uncertainty.

Thankfully, with the appointment of Marc Flior as director and some other changes that have been put into effect, the light at the end of this dark tunnel has begun to shine through and we can begin to look further into the future and plan for what’s to come next.

With that in mind, in order to give ourselves and our team the best possible launching pad into next year, the ish office will be closing for general support and enquiries from the 16th December 2022 right through until the 13th January 2023, re-opening on Monday 16th January.

As always, during that time your system will still be monitored for outages and other issues, but please be aware that general support requests sent in after the 16th December will not receive a response until the 16th January 2023 at the earliest.

We again thank you all for your patience, time and collaboration throughout the year, and I look forward to being able to come and see many of you personally in the new year, to catch up and talk about what you need and want from onCourse in 2023 and the years beyond.
