In our next onCourse update, we’re introducing a feature that will collate a contact’s onCourse activity and basic information into a single, easy-to-use screen that’s available from both the main navigation, as well as anywhere a contact record is referenced.
The feature is called contact insights, and it’s easily accessible by simply selecting a contact search result from the global navigation, or anywhere you see the icon below throughout onCourse:
